Annette Lietner began her legal career in high school as a part-time secretary and has progressively assumed more responsibility as her experience has developed. She is the firm’s paralegal/legal assistant primarily responsible for working with the firm’s personal injury and workers’ compensation clients. She is also the general office manager. Ms. Leitner and Mr. Gardner have worked together since 1990.
Personal: Ms. Leitner is married and has three children. Her personal interests include travel and the many sports and recreational activities her children are involved in.
Monica C. Kirby has been a legal assistant for over ten years. She graduated from Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware with an Associate of Science Degree in Legal Secretary in 1984. After a tour in the United States Air Force, Ms. Kirby settled in Brandon to be near her many family members living in the area. She is responsible for working with the firm’s general litigation, family law and collections clients. Ms. Kirby and Mr. Gardner have worked together for more than six years.
Personal: Ms. Kirby is married and has two children. Her personal interests revolve around her family.
